When the reservation is submitted, you receive a confirmation of the date and an advance payment invoice. The booking is valid after we receive the advance payment.

Advance payment

For Holzberg confirms the reservation, it is necessary to pay the advance. The advance payment totalling to 50% of the total price for accommodation. It will be sent upon confirmation of booking.


When you cancel your stay a cancellation fee is charged totalling to:

  • 100% of the advance paid – if you cancel 7 days or less prior the arrival
  • 50% of the advance paid – if you cancel 21 days or less prior the arrival
  • 25% of the advance paid – if you cancel 21 days or more before the arrival

Payment for the accommodation
You can pay the balance of the total price for your accommodation in cash or by credit card at the reception desk. The hotel also accepts payments in EUR. Upon request, an invoice can be issued in advance.

Client Loyalty Programme
A Client Loyalty Programme with attractive prices for the accommodation applies for those who use the services of the Holzberg hotel on a regular basis. You can get more information on the Client Loyalty Programme at the reception, either by phone or e-mail upon booking.

The comfortably furnished rooms and suites with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, WiFi and telephone. A baby cot is also available free of charge.
